Gingerbread House

For the second year in a row, we've decorated a gingerbread house at Christmas time. It is SO fun! The kids have been looking forward to it for a while, and finally, this past weekend, we were able to get it all put together and decorated.

You can see how hard they were concentrating to get everything put in the exact right spot!

If it had been up to Zion, we would have decorated our house the same way it was decorated on the box! (That's right, it's store bought, not homemade... But come on, who really thought it was homemade?!...)

And the finished product..... What a fun tradition we've started!!!

Well, I've been trying all day (seriously) to upload this adorable video of Maddox dancing! But it is not working for me! So, I will try that another day..... Merry Christmas to everyone! We LOVE Christmas!!!!

How fun! And the picture of all of you together is AWESOME! Hopefully I can come and see you all over Christmas. When will you all be around? We'll be home from the 22nd-2nd. Love you!

What a fun tradition!! I honestly had no idea you can buy store-bought gingerbread houses! Now I'm thinking about doing it with Noah and Avery. Where did you get it?
Has your schedules tamed down a bit for you guys now? You all have been on my mind a lot lately!

Hey Sara, I have a gingerbread house that looks a lot like yours. Sara and Aubrey put it together (from a kit of course). I don't know if it will become a family tradition, but Aubrey had a lot of fun with it.
Your kids are adorable!
